The introduction to my self-initiated honours brief, ‘To promote International Women’s Day 2016 using speeches and quotes from inspirational women’. Using all women from all walks of life from athletes to young activists. The way I wanted the project to attract its audience was to engage and inspire the younger women to take awareness of the issues that have always affected women. The final outcome for this project where these five hand generated illustrations using hand-lettering with a screen printed feel.
